Watching the territory, it seems that Lazio
is made up of various landscapes: zones northern
with irte mountains that remember those marchigiane,
other rich of vegetation with greens forests
and extended of olive groves that recall to
the mind the Umbria.
From the northern zone a pianeggiante zone
is stirred with the Tuscany Fen and in that
meridional where we find the end of the pianeggianti
zones.
Clima
The coastal part is benefitted from
the sea that mitigates the inverni and refreshes the
summers. In the inner part of the Region the winter
is rigid and the warm summer. In the coastal shoreline
and plains the rains are insufficient, while on abundant
mountains they are a lot especially in the winter
and primaverili periods.
Comunications
From Rome the railway roads and main
lines leave all. The distance of the primary roads
is traced from the ancient roads roman: the Via Flaminia
arrives at Rimini, the Via Cassia catches up Florence,
the Aurelia knows them until Florence, the Via Appia
with Brindisi, the Via Salaria connects Rome to Ascoli
Piceno and the Via Triburtina goes to Pescara. Rome
as two airports: Ciampino and Fiumicino.
