Great part of the territory introduces mountainous
and hilly, dug from spaziose valleys until
coming down in the short one wraps of coastal
plain. The mountainous zone is introduced
barren and deprived of vegetation.
Distant the city centers are constructed
to a lot one from the other, often over to
great hills. Even if the Region is bathed
from two seas, does not exist large ports
much, like of the rest not even any large
city centers.
Climate:
The climate is mild thanks to the sea
breezes that freshen the Summer and soften the Winter
and thanks to the mountains which protect the coast
from the cold Northern winds. This climate is ideal
for an evergreen vegetation, such as the marine pine
or the olive trees that are found frequently along
the coast of Liguria.
