Sicily offers everything for a great golfing holiday: fields, hills, a snow-topped volcano, beautiful ancient cieties and fantastic beaches.

The climate is typically Mediterranean. When the "sirocco" wind from Africa blows the heat raises the temperature until it becomes almost oppressive.

Because Siciliy is an island it can be reached by ferry. The ferries from Naples, Reggio Calabria, Villa Saint Giovanni arrive at Messina, while those from Cagliari, Naples, Tunisi and Ustica arrive at Palermo. The airports are found at "Punto Raisi" near Palermo, "Fontanarossa" close to Catania and "Birgi", a few kilometers from Trapani.
